http://ipas2free.com/?=Nhpa975d – Policies and Compensation Plan Incorporated into Affiliate Agreement These Policies and Procedures, in their present form and as amended by Prosperity Team, LLC DBA iPAS 2 (hereafter “iPAS 2” or the “Company”), are incorporated into, and form an integral part of, the Affiliate Agreement. It is the responsibility of each Affiliate to read, understand, adhere to, and insure that he or she is aware of and operating under the most current version of these Policies and Procedures. Throughout these Policies, when the term “Agreement” is used, it collectively refers to the IPAS 2 Affiliate Agreement, these Policies and Procedures, and the IPAS 2 Compensation Plan. These documents are incorporated by reference into the IPAS 2 Affiliate Agreement (all in their current form and as amended by IPAS 2).
